I made the yummiest pork tenderloin for dinner

It was EASY and delish.. The recipe is from Recipe Tin

I downloaded 3 of her cookbooks and cannot wait to try more of them.. She has videos/recipe ingredient list (for shopping) and easy to follow instructions..I paired it with rice

https://www.recipetineats.com/pork-tenderloin-with-honey-garlic-sauce/ is the one I made last night

Ever since my husband died, I have been religiously paring down stuff I have in the freezer.. Found a pork tenderloin and decided I wanted something different from the ways I usually cooked it..

The gravy this made is excellent

4. be aware there is a (big) difference between a loin and a

tenderloin. you can use them both in many recipes but they are not the same cut.

8. I'm sure you could..

The sauce would not be as dark, but you could brown the meat a bit more..and perhaps you could thicken with cornstarch..

12. You might substitute Kitchen Bouquet for the soy sauce

The flavor is different but pleasant, and it would give the sauce a nice brown color

9. That looks delicious. Lately I've been making pork tenderloin with a cider sauce that's really

good. A couple of cups of apple cider and half a cup of cider vinegar reduced to about 3/4 cup. Add a quarter of a cup of maple syrup and it's done.

11. Yum. The best thing with any pork roast is if you have leftovers so

you can make sandwiches the next day.
