designed and marketed out of N Dallas made in China. All stainless steel high quality and the service is outstanding should you ever need it. I had a heating element fail out of warranty and they just sent me a new one--they said this just doesn't happen so don't worry about it ever happening again.

a Brinkmann gourmet. It is pretty bare bones but makes great brisket. Just be sure you have a remote thermometer.

I have the smaller 1100 model, which I like. It’s big enough to do a 14lb turkey. I can get 3 racks of St Louis ribs, by cutting them in half and placing side by side.

I’ve had mine for many years and it still works like a champ. Would buy another tomorrow if it broke today.

It’s a very simple design, but has a number of great features, like being able to use just regular wood chunks or chips. Just need the accessory to use chips. As the meat cooks, fat drips down on the smoke house and evaporates which means you don’t need to put a water tray inside for humidity.

Other accessories I have are an extra rack and the dehydration fan, which works well. The cold smoking plate sucks and I don’t recommend it. If you want to cold smoke, just build a wood box with a rack inside and a hole in the top, then place over the smokers existing smoke hole.

I also got a stainless cart to put it on. This one works great.

The Cookshack smokers are basically the exact same design. They are made in the USA and are more expensive.
