Put the skillet in the oven and heat it to 500 degrees. Roll out the pizza dough, (I buy the stuff from Trader Joe's). When the oven reaches 500 degrees, quickly take the skillet out, sprinkle some corn meal in the pan, and put the dough in it. Then add the sauce, whatever toppings you want, (I did carmalized onions, ham, and red pepper), top with Provolone cheese and bung it back in the oven. I set the timer for 12 minutes, but it took about 16 minutes for the cheese to brown.

Good luck!
