Hmmm. Thought I was familiar with most way to use okra. Haha

(4,516 posts)it works the same way. I have seen some recipes where the okra pieces are too large, dicing it is best. Most recipes call for minced onion, I add minced celery too. When it comes to seasoning I tend to keep it in the W/E Indian family with curry, tumeric and a little heat, but cajun seasoning works well too. If you are an okra fan, you are going to love these!
