I'm hoping for a broccoli rabe pizza with mozzarella and plum tomatoes (from my garden). The Resident Gourmand may have other plans, however. It's usually whatever his creative inspiration comes upon.
It is touch and go for us with water, as our water heater has a leak. We are getting a new one Thursday. So it might be a restaurant meal instead.

(2,016 posts)on a crunchy roll. Some sort of a broccoli salad. (I'm in "freeze it or throw it" mode. Gearing up for a trip to Vegas on Friday, and need to clean out the fridge of perishables.) I still have some cacoila left, so I froze the remainder.
I even had leftover chicken soup for breakfast. That's gone.

What else? I don't know yet. I am going to eat the burger before deciding.

(12,253 posts)Dumplings are gluten-free and made with (homemade) chicken broth so they are very flavorful, served over mashed potatoes with steamed broccoli on the side. Simple, satisfying comfort food.

I stopped buying at Trader Joe's about 2 years ago. They went insane on prices for ordinary stuff. Capitalism sucks.
