What's for Dinner, Fri., June 2, 2017

The Pasta Maestro (aka the RG) made a most wonderful spaghetti with red sauce, pancetta, and onion.

To be followed by a hamburger with all the trimmings, this time arugula leaves, tomato, and red onion.

Good thing this is an early dinner!

I am working a gig at a club near the White House. They served grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables. Veggies were bok choy, brocoll, small sweet peppers etc. Delicious.

Cut chunks of watermelon

A handful of blueberries

Chopped basil

Cubed feta cheese

Drizzled with rice wine vinegar.

I'm not sure what I am gonna have with it. Maybe a baked potato?
