Fattoush Salad

'Although traditionally Lebanese in origin, Fattoush Salad is very common throughout the Middle East. It’s a family style salad you can really dig into. Chock full of delicious ingredients and textures and topped with crunchy balsamic pita chips. We serve this at pretty much any occasion where we have a large crowd to feed and it’s a healthy, delicious addition to our Italian Succot feast.'

Not much diversity in cuisine (or much else) here in the red states.
