tried something different today chicken crust pizza

flatten boneless chicken breast
flash fry then put in baking dish.
spoon on sauce .. top with cheese
and pepperoni
bake uncovered 350 for 10-15
minutes …
it is a good low carb meal.

Red sauce, bacon, mozzarella, and sliced onions.

But my favorite is pesto, chopped garlic, and sliced onions.

I still prefer the cauli crust myself...in fact, now that my taste buds are doing so well (after chemo), it might be time to make one. In fact, my gluten-free daughter is arriving next Thursday; it'll be perfect!
