What's for Dinner, Tues., July 19, 2016

I really want to make lo mein noodles, but that would mean a trip out for a few ingredients.

So maybe cauliflower curry. I’d be using Mollie Katzen’s recipe, Satyama’s Cauliflower Curry.

I don't like my own meatloaf recipe, so I'm searching for a new one. While searching, I have discovered things:

(1) If your recipe includes 427 pictures, I'm gone.
(1a) If I see one pop-up, I'm gone.
(1b) This includes a login screen or a promotional ad for a magazine.
(2) Suppose I really want to use BAD olive oil?? ("Use good olive oil&quot like, duh.
(3) The comments section of any website is more revealing than the actual article.
(4) Ina Garten is a pretencious f*ck. with no concept of how the 99% live.
(5) Food Network is not about Food, it's about the same 10 personalities over and over.
(6) KISS it, dammit - Keep it simple stupid!
(7) I still don't like Martha Stewart.
(8) I don't "do" slideshows. See (1).
(9) I've easened my stance - pics of pets are OK if your recipe is good.
(10) I still don't like Martha Stewart. (did I mention that?)

/end rant

So, I'm going with meatloaf, with a mushroom-onion gravy. A baked spud, and some form of green (bean, or broc).
