Big tossed salad with all the raw vegetables you can imagine: cucumbers, yellow pepper, tomato, radish, scallion and cold green beans from the garden. Carrots, too.
Eggplant-pecan curry.
Dessert: cold coffee with chocolate biscotti.

We are having grilled t-bones and smashed potatoes with roasted garlic. My brother-in-law died Wednesday. We are devastated and eating comfort food only. That picture looks amazing and wish we lived somewhere that was available. Enjoy!!!
