Nuke yer corn...

Lots of corn out here now. Get to the farmstands in the morning and get it picked an hour ago.

Sweet and tender as candy, so it doesn't actually have to be "cooked", just heated.

So, take an ear of corn and stick in the microwave. Don't husk it, but you may have to trim the ends to get it to fit. Depending on your nuke's power, cook it on high for 1 to 3 minutes. More ears, adjust the time appropriately.

Peel and enjoy.

No pots, no muss, no fuss, less mess.

I saw a recipe today that took the cooked ear, smeared it with Boursin and sprinkled with chopped radish and chives,
I'm tempted....

I'd be tempted cut cut the kernels off before mixing with that stuff.

The flavor is deeper and you don't end up with corn silk caught between your teeth, it all slips off in one piece with the husks.
