(9,820 posts)greens (from the freezer) sauteed with garlic and cumin, steamed red potatoes, cornbread, tomato/cucumber salad. We ate so much that we had to share our cornbread with the dogs--buttered, of course.
ETA: I also tried the curried cucumber pickles I made last week. They need some tweaking. Although they were wonderfully crisp and tart, they needed more flavor--garam masala and more hot curry.
