but if it is really good meat the shish-ka-bob choice would be mine too.
marinade in some red wine, oil, oregano, and salt and pepper

Top with toasted sesame seeds
Serve over steamed brown rice
Low sodium soy sauce

(50,130 posts)marinate the beef and vegetables -- onion, bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms. Grill. I will post my marinade here a bit later.

Of course, 2 pounds would make enough for about 10 people, but maybe you do want to separate this into several dishes.
