Oyster mushrooms for supper

rolled in flour, a tad of salt and some pepper slow fried in butter/veg oil mix. Mmmmmm same as I had last supper and I'm here to say they are mighty good.
I break them in strips abut 3/4 inch wide on the outer end, they tear along the gills pretty good. The best thing about oyster mushrooms is when you find some there usually are enough for several meals. I'm gathered them when they'd be frozen to the tree so I guess a person could freeze them without any problems. I generally eat mushrooms as I find them.
