so yeah, that also a good idea. Wonder if just a touch of cinnamon would be good. Hmmm, looks like experimentation time!!!! I experiment with different wines and fresh fruits in the summer trying to find my perfect sangria, I have some good tasting ones, but perfection eludes me.

Mine are too dry, or too sweet, wine too strong....on and on. I've tasted others' which are very good, but failed to get recipe.

too much and if you use cream, it curdles, so it has to be just right. Just enough drops to give desired taste.

Coffee-mate can be used, I use heavy cream in mine, just experiment with number of drops of lime juice. I truly find it a unique and pleasant taste.

I have not had one weak or dry one the past two years. Last year they were mostly out of CA, this year Mexico. But the libations in the Union household have been quite good.
