New twist on broccoli rabe recipe

I do the standard parboiled then sauteed in olive oil with garlic and red pepper flakes. Sometimes with sausage or chicken sausage.

New twist: Instead of the sausage, I dice or cube pancetta or prosciutto ends. (Discounted for being sliced but not sold at the deli counter)

It's pretty good.

I always have a little left over hamburger or Italian sausage in the fridge
usually used on pizza ... will also look for pancetta or prosciutto ... but
in this little podunk town I doubt they have it ...
