Shrimp Turkolimano


1 1/2 to 2 pounds Gulf shrimp
1/2 cup white wine
1 t oregano
1/2 t pepper
4-6 canned tomatoes, chopped
1/2 pound feta cheese
Parmesan cheese grated

Mix shrimp, wine, oregano, pepper and tomatoes. Pour into buttered, oven-proof dish. Top with feta and parmesan. Place under broiler and cook until cheese melts. Be careful not to overcook, or the shrimp get tough and rubbery. Serve over rice.
