I made them once, many years ago. This morning I woke up thinking of pizza. Then the notion of calzones popped into my head. Maybe make it simple with just ham, onions, pizza sauce and cheese.

It's creamy, not crumbly.

I'm back to think about some kind of potatoes gratin or scalloped. What do y'all think about using feta in this way?

4. Wow. I've never seen creamy feta. I'd use it as a base for white pizza.

I LOVE feta on pizzas.
Your potato idea sounds really good too!

It's kind of a cross between feta and chevre.

I am going to make a scalloped potatoes and ham dish with it. I found the recipe on a bulgarian cooking side. Am also going to make sweet and sour cabbage to have with it.

We are going Bulgarian tonight!

The stuffed cabbage I made on Friday tastes much better now than it did when it was fresh. I have a half dozen left that I'll freeze to use on a day that I don't have time to cook.
