So now I need to cook my way out of all the leftovers from that damn storm!

I just used a lot of veg and chicken in a curry that I left in the slow cooker all day yesterday to get rid of chicken that was thawed. That's all portioned off and in the freezer.

Today I have to add some beef to my pot roast so it can be turned into beef stew and put in the freezer

It will use up the some of the June peas that I flash froze from the farmer's market.

Then, there will be some light at the end of the tunnel.

Leftovers for storm prep are gone and it's time to cook again.

A Nor'easter is heading up the coast and we might have snow on Wednesday night into Thursday. If we get the six inches that's predicted by Accuweather it's no big deal. My car can handle that without breaking a sweat.
