I was up much earlier and had no sugar added mini shredded wheat with a banana and light milk.

I'm up again now and having my black coffee. Today is backwards.

FLFC was patrolling a lot last night. He was able to get on and off the couch! He was eating various meats from his plates. I gave him a few Temptations, scritches and his blanket.
