2 Ingredient Chocolate Mug Cake. I have not tried this recipe, but it sounds very interesting.

2 Ingredient Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients:

1 cup Breyers® Chocolate Ice Cream, melted
1/2 cup self-rising flour

Directions:

Combine melted Breyers® Chocolate ice cream and flour in microwave-safe mug.

Microwave at HIGH 2 minutes or until a pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Enjoy!

1. I have not tried this one

But let me tell you those single serving microwave mug cake are seriously dangerous! Especially if they involve chocolate!

3. I don't suppose the flavor really matters a whole lot. I'm thinking strawberry would be good.

8. it has leavening ingredients, it isn't just wheat.

same with ice cream, really. It was kind of a joke. I never really got the point of self rising flour - how hard is it to add salt and baking powder?

11. The only issue with this recipe is that now I have to go buy ingredients...lol

Chocolate mug cakes/brownies are my thing.

Sugar free and super easy.

This sounds delish...but I would not be able to have this one as often as I can have my sugar free ones.
