The 800-gram challenge

This is about improving your diet, not losing weight, but looks interesting enough to try out. The goal is simply to eat 800 grams (about 1.76 pounds) of fruits and vegetables every day. I tend to not eat enough vegetables, so Iím going to give it a try. There are rules.

1. There are nights I will eat a big bowl of brocolli for dinner but when you work outside in the

heat for several hours every day you need more, especially carbs. Maybe a wintertime-style eating change??

2. You can eat other stuff, too

As long as you get in your 800 grams of fruits and vegetables.
