figuratively, not literally. When people ask personal questions, you have no obligation to answer. Itís just not their business. But you can be pleasant in your response while not answering the question.

10. PTSD pretty much covers a lot of mental health issues; that might work.

And one would hope most people wouldnít go further to enquirer what the stressor was.

11. Lately I have been telling people mine

I seem to understand mental health issues better than those without outside of psychiatrists such as mental illness is NOT to blame for mass shootings. People need to see for the most part we can be happy, healthy, & normal people.

The only thing "safe" is probably depression since it is common.
