Experiences with L-theanine for anxiety?

It seems to have good support in the research. I just picked up a bottle today, but haven't tried it yet. Anyone else here ever try it? Just curious about others' experiences.

1. I started using it a few weeks ago to help with sleep.

I haven't noticed any difference.

I struggle with trauma, too, particularly intrusive memories when I'm trying to sleep. Thanks for the information!
