The thread in the Lounge

Binkie the Clown posted a thread about choosing to be miserable, not the same thing as a depression flare up I know. But I didn't take a depression nap today, I did go outside and sweated, and in a short while I'll go get cat stuff cuz I opened the last bags of food & litter.
Still gonna call and find help on Monday.
Cyclical depression has left memories for me.

Haven't read the thread, but I have had major depression in the past. I understand. I can't take meds, I knew what *I* needed was talking it out, journaling, Nature. Your needs may be different.

Goood on You, seeking help tomorrow. YOU are Your best physician, so TRUST YourSelf. Take Care of YourSelf. KNOW You are not alone.

During the *years, when I really struggled, I had a note to self :
"If You aren't depressed,
You aren't paying attention"..
& these days are rough, too.💖

You are NOT alone.
THIS is temporary.
BELIEVE IT.💖

6. irisblue, I'm glad to see you're motivated to do some things to keep yourself busy. I know it's hard

I'm also glad to see that you intend to call and get some help tomorrow. Please DO follow up with that.

So many of us here care and take very seriously the friendships and acquaintances that we've made over the years.

Stay in touch here. Make sure you eat, and stay hydrated. You're going to be fine. Depression won't win. You will.

9. Left 3 msgs on Mon, 2 today.

Weird way for this, I have to lv msg W/caseworker but cannot make apt through the schedule desk. But I'm moving on.
