besides the money you pay for the attorney after any soc sec payment, what is the difference?

1. I don't understand the question.

Presumably without an attorney, some people have problems persuading Soc Sec Admin of their entitlement, so with an experienced attorney, likelihood of receiving entitled benefits increases. Ordinary SocSec applicants don't need an attorney, as 'applying' is very simple.
