1. To much sodium recently?

Maybe your body is fighting something off? You might not feel sick, but your BP could go up from that. I have been working on fitness all last year too. I have high BP, but since I lost some weight I was able to reduce the strength of my BP meds. Do you drink at all? Alcohol, even in small amounts can send your BP up too. Part of my problem is heredity and part was being over weight. I love beer too, but now I drink much less than I used to. Good luck! I hope you can bring it back down.

3. Main difference is I get nervous every time I take it...Wasn't that way before

Increased my bp med but still at least 10 points higher systolic and 5 pts diastolic.
Frustrated. Does not make sense at all. I'm running better and swimming a bit better plus I xc ski and dance.
My diet is excellent. Even sleeping better. Very little stress. Feel very good. But avoid taking my bp just because it frustrates me.
