Hey All👋👋👋👋

I didn't use chemicals yesterday, and I wanted to. And DUers with days of recovery from eating disorders, gambling issues, drug and alcohol, and the other maladaptive self soothing things we do, well, you give me hope. Thank You

Never have a thought about it now. I owe it all to a great Shrink. Did AA for a couple of months and then moved on to living a clean, very active life.

Gets better all the time. Best of luck.

In two months it will be 23 years since I took my last drink

After 9 years of prescribed opiates I've been off of them for 1.5 years

You can do it!

It all gets better but it just takes time and the willingness to try, if you fail just start over again, years from now you'll look back, and say...

I did it.

Congratulations!
