I've been watching this fun little show about a christian utopia

called The Handmaidís Tale...
Iím blown away, such a powerful well done series.
And a great cautionary story also, god forbid the fundies ever take over.

1. Christian utopia😆. Handmaid's Tale is so good and

the cinematography is off the charts.

2. Just started reading the sequel to the novel.

So far so good.

If you haven't read the original novel, it's worth it. The TV show pretty much goes beyond the novel with the 2nd season.

3. Thanks Good to know, I'll give the books a try!

Iíve just started the third season on Hulu, trying to slow myself down and not binge watch the rest and make it last.

4. You are well past the book, for the most part, by this point.

The end of the book is a lot more ambiguous about the fate of June than I think the series will be.

The second novel is three narratives: Aunt Lydia and June's two daughters. Which is cool because one is an inside narrative and one outside. Plus I am only 50 pages in and Aunt Lydia's character is going to run deep.
