It's a Disaster (independent comedy/drama)

Head Games (documentary)

Thunder Soul (documentary)

Supporting Characters (indie drama)

Sleepwalk with Me (indie comedy/drama)

Blindsight (documentary)

Have you watched Derek? Loved it.

And if you haven't looked at it, check out abetterqueue. It's a site that combines rotten tomatoes reviews with what's available to stream with a lot of sorting options.

Acorn TV, MHz Worldview, and Hulu Plus these days, and occasionally from some of the other Roku channels, like PBS, if I've missed the broadcast of something.

Netflix is no longer my only streaming source.

I only use Netflix. I had Hulu Plus for awhile, mainly for the Daily Show and Colbert, but the service was terrible and I hated the commercials.

My connection is really iffy and Netflix seems to be the only service that actually (kind of) works.

Love the "Up" series and this is a good one.
There Will Be Blood - too violent for me
House or Cards is excellent (I liked the British one as well)

Blindsight is the only title I recognize from your list above. There's also a science fiction movie with the same title that sounds interesting.

I think I'll start out with "Sleepwalk with Me"........ I could use a little humor.

Thanks!

I don't get out much either, so I really rely on my streaming (when I can get it).

Watched "Chasing Ice" last night and really liked it.

and better as it goes on.

Also you can stream Chasing Ice, which is very interesting.

But I agree, the streaming options seem to be getting thinner on Netflix.

Not sure why you wouldn't want to admit it.

Chasing Ice is on my list. Will watch tonight.

Thanks!

being sort of junky, for some reason. Then later I read an analysis by someone who said she would never watch anything that featured black people in prison. I think I am too easily guilt-tripped by other people's opinions! That didn't keep me from watching the whole thing and loving it, though.

What I loved about it was getting to see a lot of different interesting women relating to each other in a lot of different ways.

relationships with the guards.

I'm sure you probably know, but it is based on a true story. If you get a chance to here the woman it is based on interviewed, you would probably really enjoy it.

I like it so much, I have watched it twice.

Have you watched Derek?

I've seen a ton of great stuff on Netflix streaming. And I have close to 300 movies in my queue. I pretty much watch a movie a day, while I work out on my rowing machine.

House of Cards is next on my list. I've got quite a bit on my quere as well. Hellbound is a documentary I recently watched that I enjoyed. I also watched Mary, Queen of Scots and a few other historical documentaries, too.

If that's your only streaming source, I could understand you getting bored with it. We have Hulu, but I don't watch it that much. I watch Amazon streaming frequently.

I also go here to help me find other stuff to watch on Netflix...

http://instantwatcher.com/

It helps me find stuff I haven't seen.

Not only that, I wish Netflix could get more content like classic TV dramas such as Marcus Welby, or other shows like Smallville. There is a ton of shows and movies that aren't on there that I'd love to see.
