Need advice on a streaming service.

For a special needs person. She had a stroke 20 years ago and finds it difficult to manage multiple remotes and doesn't process new experiences easily. Has a Roku and Netflix & Amazon prime. She's okay with navigating those two. Need a streaming service with DVR for:

Local channels
Reality TV
Old Westerns (Bonanza, Wagon train, etc)
MSNBC
The Magnolia Channel
all needs to be dvr'ed,

Tall order but maybe someone here has suggestions?? $$ is a consideration.

I am wishing we went back to regular cable. But 3 x more $ so it's a duh. So miss just being able to go back and forth between channels, turning the TV on and seeing cnn immediately, and not having the TV spool & reboot periodically despite us having 1 gig of fiber optic internet. Also miss ONE remote, who doesn't!!.

If she has to have streaming, YouTube TV not bad. Just hate that you have to navigate multiple times off Roku stick just to get to something, anything.

On a brighter note, read they will improve
