Goddamit. Had to send a DVD back at least 4 times
Star Trek IV: Theatrical version. It wouldn't play in any DVD player. Cleaned it up and everything. Each time I got it back it wouldn't play.

Dont remember the title, but I gave up after two try's. I figured if it happened on two discs, there was probably something on the formatting of the discs themselves, and more discs wouldn't make a difference.

she said that she's had the same problem. I think that Netflix may be trying to phase out its DVD service and not replacing damaged disks.
