Related: About this forumOmni Dallas lit in rainbow colors to mark Supreme Court rulings
To mark Supreme Court rulings on DOMA and Prop 8, the Omni Dallas Convention Center Hotel was lit in rainbow colors Wednesday night.
The photos we have were taken from Facebook. Hotel spokeswoman Anne Tramer said they didnt get any shots of the lighting.
From July 30-Aug. 2, Omni will be the host hotel for the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce National Business and Leadership Conference.
The city-owned hotel offers domestic partner benefits, but Omni is one of the few major lodging chains that does not offer company-wide DP benefits. Mayor Tom Leppert convinced the hotel to offer benefits at its $500 million Dallas property after the issue was raised by Dallas Voice in 2009.

I think my home state gets too much shit, but the big cities are fairly progressive.

They'll probably ban Snagglepuss also because we know that a pink lion is a corrupting influence on our youth--especially since he was doing it with the Great Gazoo.
