Minnesota: Marriage debate reignited at State Capitol

"It repeals what we call the so-called Defense of Marriage Act. The time is right. We've been dealing with this issue for over ten years. It's really time to just settle it and move on," he told KARE 11.
A house companion bill is expected to be introduced in the coming days.
