It's about a controversial document, which is kept until today under lock: The by former US President George W. Bush as "secret" classified section of the investigation report of the House and Senate on the terrorist attacks of 9/11. The former chairman of the commission and former head of the Intelligence Committee, Bob Graham, calls for the publication of this has become known as "28 pages" section in the MONITOR interview. According Synopsis it should go to in the "foreign support" some assassin.

If it's as damaging as he says, he won't be arrested. There would be public outrage if that happened. He'd have full whistleblower protection.
