A new method for stopping uncontrolled bleeding of victims that could save many who have been stabbed by terrorists has been developed by a researcher at Ariel University.
Until now, the only blood-stopping solutions for the type of deep wounds caused by such violent stabbings sustained by the injured have been either too weak or so strong that they cause deadly blood clots. Even the most able medical first responders often do not have the most effective solutions to save lives when every second counts.
Moshe Rogosnitzky, director of the Center for Drug Repurposing at the university and co-founder of the non-profit MedInsight Research Institute, he has spent his career advancing the field of personalized medicine and successfully innovating new uses for existing drugs.
His discoveries have benefited hundreds of thousands of patients, and his scholarly publications span a wide range of subjects including: liver, pancreatic, breast and prostate cancers, Crohns disease, eye disorders, gastrointestinal and abdominal surgeries and homeostasis.
Now Rogosnitzky has unintentionally discovered that gallium -- a biometal currently used to stop bone loss in cancer patients -- in liquid form (known as gallium nitrate), can rapidly halt bleeding from deep wounds without causing blood clots.

(30,109 posts)....like Mahmoud Abbas is encouraging and rewarding all the stabbings from the past 6 months. It's popular resistance he won't ever condemn. In his own words "peaceful legitimate protest".
You've never once shown your opposition to Abbas. You actually defend him.
And yet you respond with this shit about "Apartheid U", in response to such stabbings?
Disgusting.

(30,109 posts)And BTW, I don't buy that you're against Apartheid. If you were, you'd support the past few offers of a Palestinian state (2000, 2001, 2008) that would effectively end your notion of Apartheid. You basically admitted your issue is really with land swaps. Those land swaps trump ending "Apartheid" in your view. A full so-called Right of Return trumps ending "Apartheid" in your view.
So it's not really about alleged Apartheid at all. That could have ended long ago. I think you prefer that the Palestinians hold out another 65 years (because land-swaps, alleged right-of-return). Better to live under "Apartheid" in your view.
How am I wrong?

For every settlement (purple) there's a corresponding area around it that will be under its control, and it will be harder for neighbouring Palestinian communities to expand, or to build new ones nearby. Every access road to a settlement will in effect be a barrier, and will be detrimental for developing Palestinian infrastructure and cause a negative impact on the economy. Then there's also natural resources like water - if there's no Palestinian access to the aquifers, the current lack of water for the Palestinians will only continue, and there will be no chance to develop Palestinian agriculture like the settlers are allowed to.
Every settlement that would be removed, would open up a corresponding opportunity for Palestinian development in that area, and if enough such opportunities were available, it would result in a total positive effect that would make a Palestinian state viable. The problem is that every settlement is in the wrong place, and there are 600.000 settlers living in them that probably won't budge voluntarily. And even if some settlements would be removed, the positive effect will only be local, so that removing Ariel won't help the situation in East Jerusalem etc.
None of the Israeli peace proposals sofar would result in a viable Palestinian state. The Israeli vision for a Palestinian state would just be a Bantustan, totally dependent on Israel, and the Apartheid status would be just the same as for black Africans in old South Africa.
With the settlements staying where they are, I can't see how a Palestinian state would be possible. I can't see a scenario where they would be removed either. If you have something that would make me believe otherwise, please tell me, because I would like to know.

http://www.zionism-israel.com/maps/Ross_MAP_Palestinians.htmThat's viable.
You're all out of excuses. THAT map ends any notion of so-called apartheid.
I notice you didn't respond to why you can't be BOTH against "apartheid" and also against Abbas' ugly, racist terror against Jews. When you can't even do the right thing and condemn Abbas' racist actions against Jews (and neither can BDS) is it any wonder BDS is reviled & considered a hate movement by all Western governments?
