Oil spill estimate jumps to almost 17K gallons- Freeman, South Dakota
"TransCanada has increased the estimated size of an oil spill near Freeman to a "potential volume” of 16,800 gallons, or 400 barrels."

They haven't even found where the leak is as of yet. This is fine farmland that is being poisoned.
