Large portion of Kenai National Wildlife Refuge (Alaska) burned to date in Funny River Fire

183,000 acres burned so far in the fire. 1787 species of flora and fauna are recorded in the refuge (see species list under Wildlife & Habitat tab).

On edit: The map on the inciweb link only shows a small portion of the full refuge. I have just found it is almost 2 million acres. Still it is a large portion of the whole refuge that's burned/burning.
