I was thinking that things had gone quiet on that issue lately ...

I tend to agree with one of the commenters about it being held up between
the insurance companies and the drilling companies (ably assisted by their
less than objective local implant ...)

Please update with news here in E&E as stuff in GD just sinks so quickly
that the chance of finding it is minimal.
