Another Non-Union Contractor Seeing Success Under a PLA


For the second time in as many weeks we have a story involving a non-union shop participating and experiencing success under a union-negotiated Project Labor Agreement which, many of you know, anti-union lobbies fight tooth-and-nail under the auspices of unfair competition with respect to non-union bids.
