NTSB to Meet on Pennsylvania Rail Accident

WASHINGTON (October 17, 2017) The National Transportation Safety Board will meet to determine the probable cause of an accident involving an Amtrak passenger train that struck a roadway maintenance machine (backhoe) near Chester, Pennsylvania, on April 3, 2016.
