I am not an employee of MERS, nor am I a MERS Assistant Secretary or Vice President.

I am not an officer of Well Fargo or any other banking institution. I am not an employee or officer of any loan originators. I’m also not affiliated with any investment Trusts.

I am entirely capable of reading things on a computer monitor and not reading documents piled on a desk or table. I am entirely capable of signing my name upon a piece of paper as well as signing the names of various other persons.

I’m also capable of backdating documents and placing a Notary stamp upon documents even though I am not a Notary.

As a business owner it is my belief that I am entirely capable of taking and passing “an online MERS signing authority assessment” even though such an action would not grant me any legal authority to sign anything as a MERS Vice President or Assistant Secretary in accordance with Delaware state law.

I am entirely capable of creating Assignments of Mortgage, Satisfactions of Mortgage and Affidavits which have no validity to them whatsoever, to be filed in our public land records and presented in lawsuits.

Dixiegrrrrl, as you can see, I have the ideal attributes that qualify me for this position. Even though the position of robo-signer is very important and necessary in illegally transferring trillions of dollars in wealth from homeowners to banks and Hedge funds, the position usually only pays about $10.00 per hour so I’ll have to pass.

I have confidence though, that nearly every other DU member would meet the strict guidelines necessary to qualify for such an important position in the financial services industry.
