Is it because whatever effect it will have monitarily has already happened to us all?

I understand that it's a scandal, what I don't understand is what it means going forward.

ps - Tx for posting a slightly smaller, easier to email copy.

But, it is a big, BIG deal. If we ever wanted actual proof that the oligarchs and plutocrats are intentionally screwing over the little guys and cheating their way to wealth, we now have that evidence.
