Wells Fargo now requires customers to give up their Constitutional rights

I got the following notice in email from Wells Fargo requiring mandatory binding arbitration.

According to the 7th Amendment of the Constitution we have the absolute right to a trial by jury and not a kangaroo court of arbitraitors.

The notice is here http://www.box.com/s/2aj563ui41e9ajbeendp

I'm moving out of the bank this week and going to my credit union.

Wow. I dont remember requiring Wells Fargo to do anything when we bailed their ass out.
