Kerry goes to Cuba to celebrate opening the embassy on August 14

Something he said at the briefing. The briefing itself was very substantive - with both Kerry and the Cuban FM speaking of serious discussions and that there were some ways to move forward even with huge differences. One cute moment, a reporter said with Kerry speaking in perfect Spanish and the Cuban FM speaking in perfect English, he was at a loss as to the language to use.
