Panama demands Venezuela pay their $1 billion debt

If it sounds familiar it is, under the previous Panamanian administration they also demanded their money. Maduro called the previous president a US lackey and broke off relations.

businesses. Do we begin to see a pattern here? And with petroleum prices dropping precipitously we can only look forward to Venezuela stiffing other creditors as it struggles to pay China.
