Bernie doesn't have time away from campaigning to release tax returns but has time to skip to a Vatican conference. Yeah, no politics in it.

I've said that so many times.. he has to sling disingenuous mud at Hillary because he can't stand on his own record.

Thank you so much!

Even Bernie one-note got tired of his one note. He couldn't think of anything else so he started including his not-being-negative about Hillary - just pointing out the differences.

he's lost over his declaration that Hillary wasn't qualified to be President. No wonder he was forced to do a 180 and said "Of course she's qualified to be President".. IOW, "don't listen to me.. I don't know wth I'm talking about"

I got that when I googled "boom smiley" one day.. Free Smileys!

21. I love the "backfiring" word play
Sat Apr 9, 2016, 10:14 AM
Apr 2016

He has been insinuating heavily, if not outright accusing, Hillary Clinton of pay for play--being bought and paid for by Wall Street. The truth is that he took money from the NRA for his 1990 run for a seat in Congress, and the NRA put out a letter to its Vermont members to "vote for the Socialist", and then Sanders voted the way the NRA wanted him to. That is pay for play, or being bought and paid for.
He can try to distance himself from this now, but that would go a whole lot better if he stopped attacking HC for something he himself has actually done--making him a hypocrite.

That's probably the reason he's so convinced that Hillary would be "compromised" by taking money – because he himself has been in the past.

They are largely giving him a pass, and I think they actually want to help Sanders because an impression of a closer horserace, with all the drama, is good for their ratings---truth and actual reporting be damned.
The media keeps taking Sanders' earned "karma" away from him--clearing the field
We have to correct the media and not just Sanders
Dems need to continually correct the record on camera and in print.

He echos my feeling that bernie and his supporters act like petulant children on a playground with their name calling, taunts, and temper tantrums.

The moment we heard of the comment -HRC not qualified-so many knew and felt it went beyond the pale! For the Democrat side!
We are not Republicans, even Republicans are dismayed by what's going on in their side! Because it's HRC people might think everything goes, any put downs! TRY US!!!

Who thinks this woman is not qualified? JOKE right!?

I think this showed self-consciousness in BS side. When you are self-conscious about a weakness you fear it being discovered and are paranoid thinking everyone is talking about it. Thus it did not take him much: Just a WaPo article TITLE - to set him off!
What in your face gaffe!!

He was smarting because of THE NYDN ARTICLE!!! Let's not forget that!

I share his sentiments. What some berners don't understand is that New Yorkers are true blue. They are also extremely loyal and will form ranks to protect their own. In this case, that is a fellow Democrat. There is no doubt there is yuge millennial enthusiasm for the independent new guy, but New Yorkers really do not want to lose to a Republican and bernie's "unqualified" insult puts that at risk. Dems don't like it.
