Jackson’s reply to the FEC admitted that 106 contributors could not be verified as U.S. Citizens or legal residents and that their donations would be refunded
However, this was just the first round of problems for the campaign committee. When Bernie 2016 filed its report for the month of January, still more donations were flagged.
On 25 February, the FEC sent an RFAI covering January 2016. Once again, impermissible donations from people with addresses outside the U.S. were found. Again, the Treasurer for Sanders’ campaign fund-raiser was reminded of federal laws: Schedule A-P (see attached) discloses a contribution(s) from an individual(s) who has a mailing address outside of the United States of America. Please be advised that 52 U.S.C. § 30121(a) (formerly 2 U.S.C. § 441e(a)) and 11 CFR § 110.20 prohibit foreign nationals from making contributions in connection with any election for political office or in connection with any primary election, convention, or caucus held to select candidates for any political office. The FEC ordered Jackson to comply with these laws by 31 March: If you have received a contribution from a foreign national, you must refund the impermissible contribution to the donor in accordance with 11CFR § 103.3(b). Please inform the Commission of your corrective action immediately in writing and provide a photocopy of your check for the refund. (25 February 2016 RFAI) On 25 March, Bernie 2016 filed an amended report to the FEC, showing refunds to individuals totaling $684,455.53. The amended report covers several months in 2015. It’s not clear whether the refunds were for excessive contributions or prohibited donations by Foreign Nationals or something else. Bernie 2016 has yet to report its campaign finance disclosure for February. https://gobling.wordpress.com/2016/03/26/non-us-citizens-funnel-money-into-sanders-campaign/ http://docquery.fec.gov/cgi-bin/forms/C00577130/1057435/ HRC GROUP READY

5. Jury results
On Mon Mar 28, 2016, 12:19 PM an alert was sent on the following post:
wondering if there is connection with this? Australian Labor party http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=view_post&forum=1107&pid=84293 REASON FOR ALERT This post is disruptive, hurtful, rude, insensitive, over-the-top, or otherwise inappropriate. ALERTER'S COMMENTS Linking to a Republican smear campaign against Bernie based on Project Veritas. This is no different than Benghazi, accusations of criminal activity against one of our candidates don't belong on Democratic Underground. JURY RESULTS You served on a randomly-selected Jury of DU members which reviewed this post. The review was completed at Mon Mar 28, 2016, 12:25 PM, and the Jury voted 4-3 to HIDE IT. Juror #1 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE Explanation: No explanation given Juror #2 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE Explanation: No explanation given Juror #3 voted to HIDE IT Explanation: No explanation given Juror #4 voted to HIDE IT Explanation: Fuck this James O'Keefe bullshit. Juror #5 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE Explanation: No explanation given Juror #6 voted to HIDE IT Explanation: Project Veritas is a known RW source. If you can source this from a neutral source, great. Do it, we need honesty in our elections. But pulling from a known RW and anti-liberal source isn't appropriate on a Democratic website. Juror #7 voted to HIDE IT Explanation: No explanation given Thank you very much for participating in our Jury system, and we hope you will be able to participate again in the future. |

9. While I agree about posting RW and Project Veritas crap
there's one thing that should be noted here. This is exactly the type of thing that will happen all the time if Bernie gets the nomination. He's not had much bad press or misleading press at all, but once it starts in earnest those poll numbers of his against the Republicans will drop like a stone.

Mr Wright said he believed the program, administered by the Department of Finance, was compliant with all US election laws. Labor, the Coalition and the Greens have each received funding from the controversial program.
"I have initiated an investigation to ensure that it is. We believe that our program is compliant but clearly the behaviour of these individuals in the video is, on the face of it, completely unacceptable and I will also be investigating that." He said four Labor members had been involved in the exchange program, and they had all returned to Australia since its completion. "They are there as observers and they should just be observing, not posting stuff on social media and certainly not doing the type of things they are depicted doing." Mr Wright said Project Veritas Action's methods were questionable. 12. Here's a link from what I think is a reliable source
to replace the hidden links in this thread.
http://www.wmur.com/politics/former-nh-house-speaker-files-fec-complaint-against-australian-labor-party-sanders-campaign/38563534 Official spokesmen for the Sanders campaign did not respond to attempts by WMUR.com to obtain comment since the video was released.
But a source close to the Sanders campaign told WMUR several weeks ago, after the video was released: “Yes, there were a few Australian volunteers in the state. They just showed up and volunteered. We didn’t know who paid for their flight or anything like that. They didn’t tell anyone that stuff that I’m aware of. They just worked with the campaign.” |

15. Foreign Staffers
Also read a article about him Using Foreign Staffers in Several States including New York and other states
These foreign “volunteers” were deployed to Nevada, New York, New Hampshire, Iowa, South Carolina and another state to carry out illicit acts on behalf of the Sanders campaign and were paid by their own party to do this. Last month, several recordings of conversations with Sanders campaigners were exposed in a report from the Project Veritas Action Fund that featured these Australian nationals. At that time, three quarters of them were employed with the ALP. They’re quoted saying they’ve been stealing political yard signs and had replaced Hillary Clinton campaign literature with Sanders literature. |
