Bernie's dismissive attitude toward SC is poor form.

He wasn't going to win it. But Hillary wasn't going to win New Hampshire. Still, you play the game and a state like South Carolina, the first black heavy primary for the Democratic nomination (a huge backbone of the party), is symbolic. The fact he's in the air as results come in, and didn't even mention SC, is pretty unfortunate.

I feel it's a big 'meh' to the black vote.

REASON FOR ALERT

This post is disruptive, hurtful, rude, insensitive, over-the-top, or otherwise inappropriate.

ALERTER'S COMMENTS

This is a callout from a protected group and also a smear against Sen. Sanders who doesn't think that "SC blacks have a plantation mentality".

You served on a randomly-selected Jury of DU members which reviewed this post. The review was completed at Sat Feb 27, 2016, 08:01 PM, and the Jury voted 1-6 to LEAVE IT.

Juror #1 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #2 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: This post is simply pointing out another post elsewhere. Since the ORIGINAL post has been left alone, I can see no reason THIS post should be hidden.
Argue why the ORIGINAL post is crap, if you'd like, in the threads.
Juror #3 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: It's wrong-headed, of course. The regrettable post from a Sanders supporter isn't the Senator's own position.

And the poster is being as facile as many of the most divisive posters in this particular "protected" group tend to be.

That said, this regrettable, wrong-headed post isn't actually hideable. Of course, there's also the realization that the fainting couch rules of sub-groups won't allow any discussion of its wrong-headedness, either, so that makes it a closer call.

Still, this equally regrettable post can stay.
Juror #4 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: It's fine. Sanders supporters have said worse of Hillary, and this is in the protected Hillary area, not in GD: P.
Juror #5 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: I think everyone should see this
Juror #6 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: People PLEASE stop alerting on your feelings getting hurt about your candidate, whichever that may be. PLEASE. It's just life. Go outside, take a walk, read a book, visit a museum.
Juror #7 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: No explanation given

Thank you very much for participating in our Jury system, and we hope you will be able to participate again in the future.

In Nevada he released a statement. He just did that again. He doesn't know how to give a proper concession speech.

In 2012, Mitt Romney didn't write a concession speech for the general election. Bernie doesn't write them either. It may be possible Bernie, like Mitt, is being isolated from the truth about his campaign...which, sadly for him, is America doesn't want to buy what he's selling.

He just really doesn't want to consider the possibility that he might need to grow and change and listen to people.

He wants to tell people what's good for them. If they won't listen, he doesn't seem to have much use for them.

I've seen posted is downright racist & sexist as hell. I don't believe for a minute that those are the reactions of liberals. If it is, this country is much more eff'd up than I ever imagined.
