2. On free college tuition, many of our veterans have served in the military and was

given college tuition, they worked for this, many times they put their lives in danger, how demoralizing is it that now others are expecting to get college tuition for free. There needs to be an effort on the part of the one seeking higher education, give something back to the community in which gave to them. It is not a selfish act to give time and effort in order to pay for the higher education.
